Dongguan Zhongwei Metal Products Co., Ltd., known as Zhongwei Metal, was established in 2018 and primarily serves customers outside China. We work with hydraulic system integrators, equipment OEMs and manufacturers that need custom valve blocks and related hydraulic components.
Dongguan Smile Machinery Co., Ltd., founded in 2011, primarily serves customers in the Chinese domestic market. Both companies were founded by Tomas and operate from the same location in Dongguan under the same ownership and management. Zhongwei Metal is the company serving international customers.
Our focus is the manufactured manifold: valve cavities that follow the specified reference, passages that connect as drawn, sealing surfaces that meet their requirements and records that support acceptance. Precision CNC machining provides the manufacturing foundation for that work.
The project may begin with a complete part drawing or with a schematic and unresolved interface details. We help clarify the manufacturing questions and agree the scope before production. The responsible design team approves the circuit and the released part definition.

Dongguan Zhongwei Metal Products Co., Ltd. was established to primarily serve overseas customers. This is Zhongwei’s company founding year.

Valve cavities and interfaces
Screw-in cartridge cavities, valve mounting faces and external ports each need the correct reference. Dedicated cavity tooling and non-standard tool development support the specified geometry and applicable sealing surfaces.

Compact blocks can combine deep, intersecting, oblique and compound-angle holes. The process must address position, direction, depth, specified surface condition and burr formation, followed by deburring and cleaning.

Cylinder-end valve blocks bring structural interfaces and hydraulic features into one component. Material condition, the agreed welding route where relevant, and valve-cavity sealing surfaces are reviewed together.

Clarify before cutting
Match the drawing and model revisions, valve references, material and critical features. Where a detail is missing or conflicting, raise it for an agreed decision rather than turn an assumption into a machining instruction.
Make acceptance specific
Agree the required material records, dimensions, thread checks, applicable bore geometry, sealing-surface roughness and burr removal. First-article and CMM reporting are defined by the project.
Carry approval into repeat orders
Connect sample findings and approved changes to the production documents. Repeat supply follows the released revision and agreed checks, with changes reviewed before the affected work proceeds.
Confidentiality is part of the project discussion. Let us know if an NDA is needed before sharing drawings. Manufacturing information and public photographs should respect the agreed limits on customer identities, drawings and part details.
Our normal machined-block acceptance verifies material and drawing conformity. Pressure and functional testing are not routine checks. Circuit approval, structural suitability and system validation remain with the responsible engineering team.
