A complete drawing package
Include matching drawing and model revisions, material grade and condition, quantities, cavity references, finish, critical features and the records required with delivery.
A schematic or developing design
Add the valve list, port labels, known operating conditions and installation constraints. Identify which dimensions or interfaces still need to be defined and who approves the final design.
An existing component
Send the controlled drawings where available and explain the issue you want to resolve. Photographs or a sample can support the review; material and internal geometry still need an agreed definition.
Mention the first quantity, expected repeat quantities and requested timing. If a requirement is still undecided, mark it as open so it can be addressed before quotation or manufacture.

01 · Clarify the scope
We review the available information and raise missing or conflicting requirements. A machined block, a treated component and an assembled module need different supply definitions.
02 · Review the manufacturing route
Material condition, cavity tooling, complex passages, finishing, inspection and quantities inform the quotation and delivery discussion. Proposed changes need your approval.
03 · Agree the order basis
Confirm the drawing revision, material, quantity, final condition, inspection documents and schedule. Where samples are required, define their acceptance before moving to repeat production.
Questions before you send the files
Do I need a finished 3D model before contacting you?
No. A schematic, 2D drawing or description can begin the discussion. Complete manifold drawings and matching models help define the manufacturing scope. We clarify what is missing before production.
How should I send several drawings or a large CAD file?
Use email or WhatsApp for multiple files and the wider CAD format range listed above. The website form supports one PDF, JPG, PNG or STEP file up to 10 MB when attachment upload is available. If a file does not send, contact Tomas to agree another transfer method.
Can we arrange an NDA first?
Yes. Contact us before sharing restricted files and explain the confidentiality requirements. Send only information you are authorized to share; a privacy notice does not replace a project NDA.
What inspection or testing should I specify?
Identify the drawing features and records needed for acceptance. Normal checks cover material and drawing conformity. Pressure and functional testing are not routine; any additional verification, including formal component cleanliness testing, needs a separately agreed scope.
Does submitting the form confirm a quotation or an order?
No. A successful submission confirms that the website has saved your enquiry. Commercial terms, scope and timing are agreed through the subsequent project discussion. A click on an email or WhatsApp link alone does not send a project enquiry.
